The Bentley Honey Extractor is a horizontal extractor, and we manufacture a 60 and 30 frame model. Our extractor looks much the same at a glance as others you may have seen. The major difference is in the construction material and several other features. The honey extractor is made of 16 gauge stainless steel. The seams on the tank and lid are welded, ground and polished. The electric driven power feed on the infeed trough is made in such a way as to give full access to your frames at all times. The extractor hood is assisted with gas springs to allow for an easy lift. The brake mechanism is a disc style that assures control of the reel during loading imbalance and for rush stops. The loading and frame retaining mechanism on the centrifugal reel is a user friendly one lever, one motion device that allows quick and secure control of the frames in the reel during loading, unloading and extracting. A run timer is now a standard feature that is a valuable asset in a busy honey house. You pe-set your minimum run time and the extractor shuts down when time has elapsed. The steel frame parts are powder coat painted. This is an oven bake-on system much like that of porcelain and is very durable lustrous, long lasting and easy to clean.
